There are so many things I love about Naked Pipe hard water softener/ filter. The ease of use and the ability to actually SEE when you need to change the filter are the two reasons I decided to try it. The shower head is very comfortable to hold and the slim design makes changing it out very easy. My hair was falling out and breaking off. Now my hair is soft and silky since I have been using this filter.

I love this shower head so when I received the replacement pH filter, I noticed that it was different to the original one I received with the shower head. It didn’t have the little diamond pattern on the plastic casing but I just disregarded that and installed it into my shower head. I then noticed today that the material inside had degraded a lot (only used for 2 weeks) and grew a little concerned about the quality of the replacement pH filter. My original filter held up much better. Not sure if it’s still doing it’s job.
