Good quality and true to size

I chose this to send to an orphanage in Ukraine. What more needs said. They need waterproof and warm clothing.

I bought a 11-12 for my 8 year old and a 9-10 for my 7 year old. Both are average build and generally fit their age size. Based on recommendations to size up however I went for the above. The 11-12 fits my 8 year old comfortably with room to grow. I always go bigger anyway to get a few years use of of them and also allows for room to add layers underneath on really cold days. Sadly the 9-10 only just fits my 7 year old - with very little growing room or room for thick layers underneath, so I've had to return it and they are now out of stock in the larger sizes. Its such a shame as it really is a lovely coat otherwise, the removeable fleece lining inside the waterproof outer coat is ideal for all weathers. Great quality and design for the price, just a shame that the sizing is so far out!

The coat is great quality and has a removable fleece like inside that can be removed so the coat can be used just as a waterproof.

I bought this jacket just on time before weather changed and it is what I was looking for. Jacket is long enough to give good protection from rain. My daughter loves pink colour. What I like about it is that you can remove inner fleece jacket and use as a separate piece of clothing.

It is a lovely colour but thinner than expected. The sleeves are pretty long and the body is quite short.

It is absolutely nonsense to push this item for Winter in the UK or for any place that actually experiences "Winter" in terms of near or below the freezing point. It's a thin fleece zipped into material slightly thicker than a bin bag. No thank you! That aside, it's way too small! We bought a size 11-12yrs for our freshly 11-year-old son (who is considered small). It was too small for him! We are in the process of returning it. We really expected better from Mountain Warehouse.

Bought this for my 5 yr old granddaughter who is petite. The 5-6 fit her very well. Inside jacket is soft fleece and is easily attached/detached to outer jacket. Zippers seem good quality. Only thing I would say is color is slightly different than shown- the red is more a true red rather than the coral red that I saw on Amazon- not a big deal. I would definitely recommend this.

Schöne Jacke, passt gut.Habe die Größe 7-8 Jahre für meine 6 jährige Enkeltochter gekauft, ist etwas reichlich, aber für eine Jacke voll ok.Achtung innen ist eine Softshell Jacke, keine Fleecjacke. Deshalb 1 Punkt Abzug.

Product was too small

I love the color and the fact that I can separate the rain coat from the fleece. I'm only putting 4 stars because I ordered a large for 10-12 years old and it's a little smaller for my 10 years kid
