Works right out of the box and is intuitive to use. A big plus for me are additional magnets (don’t know why others don’t have more than one set of magnets).

I have used this little device a lot in the year or so I have had it. I built an entire roll cage using this and it was spot on with no problems. I also used it to build my rear suspension, check driveline alignment between diff and trans, and check engine tilt. It's easy to read and the tilt indicator is nice so you know which way it is tilted. I have also yet to change the batteries after using pretty frequently. The magnetic V-base works great on flat and round objects and hold the device securely enough to get accurate readings. I have had zero complaints about this tool so far and it has done it's job well.

MUCH better than other earlier models. Up-down arrows are very useful.Only negative: Wish the surfaces were fully flat. Recesses cause problems on small surfaces.

Very easy to see what I says. My favorite feature is you can hit the zero out button to zero it out then press it agian to go back to the true angle.

I'm quite picky about product quality and so far, this one provides great value for your dollar!This gauge detects level accurately (compared against a spirit level as reference) to within about 0.05° to 0.1° and a 45° angle (compared to the 45° side of a rafter square) to within 0.1° to 0.3°It's precision is to within 0.05° but the value can fluctuate up to about ±0.1°, so the last digit can basically be ignored.The display is also quite bright and the device comes with batteries, a protective case, and a screwdriver for changing the batteries!It's super easy to use, too!
