Stevie Nicks: Live in Concert: The 24 Karat Gold Tour

I have several other shows of Stevie/Fleetwood Mac, but this is definitely one of my favorites. I feel like Stevie goes into more detail with her storytelling in this show than normal. I knew the stories behind a lot of the songs in this concert, but I learned even more with this recording. This concert is a beautiful balance of some of her most popular work, mixed with songs that some may have never heard before. She was 68 during this tour, and I had no doubt that she would sound amazing as I just saw her this past year and she was rocking and still sounding absolutely perfect at 75. This blu-ray is an absolute must for any Stevie fan.

This BLURAY, IF turned to the “𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩” volume, delivers what this Lady has epitomized these past 40 some years…..𝙈𝙐𝙎𝙄𝘾𝘼𝙇 𝘿𝙀𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙉 𝙎𝙊𝙈𝙀! She hasn’t lost ANYTHING and LETS YOU KNOW THAT..for🎶𝙁𝘼𝘾𝙏! In her seventies now and STILL Kickin ass and takin names!She’s got mine on this one! Absolutely MUSICAL BLISS!(I only wish she would have included a few more older ones..Re-worked, perhaps!)

Beautiful concert movie, great sound... I wanted it to remember my days in L.A. singing and recording in rock groups. Met Stevie at a flea market in W. Hollywood right before she joined Fleetwood Mac. We were both looking for the stage wardrobe, and there was a lot of gorgeous clothes around by designers looking to break in as well. She was beautifu and kind, and I was very happy for her. It turned out to be the right decision in her career. Have always loved Fleetwood Mac and so grateful to have this solo concert of hers as well

Stevie Nicks shines in this concert movie, now available on DVD. It’s basically Stevie Nicks version of Storytellers. Before she sings the songs, she will tell you the story behind the songs. The songs from “24 K Gold” were all long unreleased songs from her personal vault. You also get her greatest hits, plus a few classic Fleetwood Mac tunes too. And it was nice to see her in a bigger production than she usually has. Her band was top notch, and she in in fine voice too. A great overview of her long career.

Stevie in her Prime legend Era. Songs you know, some new ones that's never been performed live. I've seen her live 20 times, and during Covid lickdiwn, this gave me my Nick's Fix!!!!! This magical creature was my first crush, and got to see her during the Rumors tour, throughout every major Solo and FM tour.. The quality and her performance, opening up in some very personal experiences is just SO inspiring. Perfect companion to the CD 24K Gold.

If you love Stevie, you'll love this. As a filmmaker / musician myself, I was really impressed by the production, sound and quality of this video. Stevie tells stories about the songs and gets a bit more personal. Her vocals are fantastic and you can tell she's really been taking care of herself. I also enjoyed how the cameras would switch to the different musicians at times, so you could see everyone in the band. Even people who aren't super Stevie Nicks fans would enjoy watching this concert.

Really great concert, much like the live one I attended in Houston. I love how she spends lots of time telling background stories and relaying some of her rich history between songs. Well shot and leaves me wanting more from this twice inducted to the Rock and Roll hall of fame Rock goddess. This concert DVD proves that even in her 70s, this 80s icon is still as relevant as ever.

What a concert!! This is extremely well produced from beginning to end. Some new songs and some oldies but goodies. Camera work and audio are spot on. I have some of Stevie’s previous concerts and this is at the top of the list. The short narratives between songs add to the history of the songs inspiration. This is one concert not to miss.

En este concierto entrega de una forma muy especial a todos sus fans un amplio repertorio de lo que ha sido su carrera a lo largo de estos años con explicación de cada una de las canciones. Un concierto maravilloso, así como es ella. Leí en otras opiniones de USA que habla mucho antes de cada canción, pero es la historia de cómo se desarrolló y nació dicha canción. No se siente el tiempo que ella ocupa en dar su narración.Lo recomiendo para todos los seguidores de esta fabulosa cantante que sigue manteniendo el tono y color de su voz igual que hace años. Excellent vr for money

Stevie Nicks está excepcional! Reúne grande sucessos e músicas nunca executadas em suas turnês! Produção excelente! Um registro imperdível dessa grande artista americana!

The concert comes in at around 2 hr and 15 mins or more. Musically it is shorter. Much of the concert is Nicks giving background on the song they are about to play. She comes across as endearing, and adorable. In biographies, she has admitted to being a bit nerdy when younger, and you can actually believe it during her narratives on stage.The performances are spot on. It is obvious they love what they are doing. The songs performed are a mix of classics and songs that aren't well known at all but you will end up wondering why she didn't release them at the time.I would have loved to see her in her "prime" but I was too young in the 70s and didn't go to see to her in the 80s with her solo career. She may not be as wild as she was back then but her heart is.
