These resistance bands can provide you with a full body workout! There are 5 different weight resistance levels, and each is a different color. This makes it easier for me to just grab what I need and go without standing around reading each band. A good set of resistance tubes that offer plenty of resistance. Suitable for inside as well as outside use which is ideal for many as it is portable so never an excuse of not being able to do some form of workout.I have only used the resistance bands twice now, once while using them on a door and the other while using them free standing.Both times I have had a good experience. I can not say how accurate the bands are in terms of the weight they are supposed to be linked to, but from previous weight lifting usage I think they are accurate enough for general usage. Would recommend.

The fitness bands themselves are nice and stretchy. The connections just feel solid and dependable.I use it in all of my quarantine home workouts. A great set of resistance bands. Very happy with the different weights and handles included. The grips are cushiony and comfortable to use and slip proof! I found the ankle straps and door anchor very easy to use! The directions are illustration well and easy to understand.The entire collection is very lightweight and packs up easily and nicely into the storage bag that’s provided! This is a great set to add to your exercise routine.

I finally decided to get some bands for home workouts and also when I travel with work.You can feel a distinct difference in the different weight bands and can connect as many as you want at the same time to give you the minimum or maximum weight.I have used these for a week and they are very durable, loads of different exercises.
