The smell brings me back to my childhood like a smack in the face.

Too narrow to fit into my cap guns. I can still use them, but it requires constant adjustment.

Bought for two old pistols I had when I was young. Now my boy is out protecting us with his six shooters lol

No sign was included as stated which I thought was odd to include in an Old Westers style toy. That said, I wanted my grandchild to enjoy the pop and the distinctive smell of the caps as they fired. I enjoyed many hours playing with cap guns as a child. The price for the caps was highway robbery! Only my desire to relive my childhood fun with my grandchild urged me to purchase these. Several fizzled and did not fire properly. Loading directions was wrong to fit the cap gun and we had to turn the black plastic spool holder around the opposite direction to allow caps to feed and fire. My grandson was highly impressed and that was the point even allowing for all the other disappoints otherwise stated.

These were great and worked well in the toy gun.
