The good news first: It’s 100% leakproof and keeps the liquid cold for at least 12hrs. And I mean really cold. So the bottle does what it say it would do. It’s comfortable to hold.Now the bad news: the bottle has a strange smell which won’t budge. At first I thought it would go away after a few washes but it doesn’t help. It’s clearly connected to the cap materials and how the cap is made because it’s the opening of the bottle that smells somewhat awful I don’t leave the liquid in there for too long, always wash it in hot soapy water and leave to dry naturally. I also do not store the bottle with the cap on. The bottle scratches very easily.Update: after 8 weeks of use, I can’t carry on drinking from this bottle- the smell from the lid is just unbearable. It’s obvious that some water is getting trapped under the lid and not drying out, despite me leaving the cap on the side overnight to dry after washing. This bottle is a 5 star product but due to the lid issue (which renders the product useless), I lowered my score to 2 stars. I also bought the 1l bottle and it has the same issue. Both bottles are unusable and I can’t recommend the product. Having used it for more than a month, I can’t return it either.

Absolutely gorgeous looking!I haven't used it for cold water, yet, but the hot water stays hot, for as long as it says -12hrs...I fill it up around 8pm, have a cup of tea, before sleeping, at around 11pm, and then two cups of coffee in the morning. One at around 7:15am, and another a little after 8am - both are still hot, though the 8am cup may be just very slightly cooler. I suppose this is because the flask was no longer full - but it's definitely hot enough to enjoy.The colour I chose was Imperial Red - making the flask very sexy, sleek, and stunning to look at, in my opinion.Also, you get a very nice message from customer care, once you've ordered, and a discount code for your next order - they have other items available that you can use it on.All in all, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. And with no BPA touching the water, buying it was a no-brainer.Well worth the money...I love it!

I ordered the product, and to be fair it looks quite nice, however upon arrival the product was leaking, and then after having waited for around 4 days, I get a remedy to potentially fix the leakage. However, that also did not work and was just offered a sorry! Honestly I’m a patient customer and they’ve pushed me to my limits!

Extremely cool looking/feeling bottle compared to others on the market, and much leaner in size too than other chunkier models that hold the same volume.One word of advice though if you buy the black one: Don't leave it in the sun too long.As good as it is at keeping cold water cold inside, it's obviously just as good at keeping heat energy outside, and the black heat absorbent coating drinks in the sun like a Brit on holiday.Needless to say, it can get a bit spicy to touch after a couple minutes on a sunny day.

This bottle is absolutely great in every way except the shape of the bottom which causes it to wobble on a table. On close inspection I have noticed that there is a very tiny dent from either manufacturing or an accident, I haven’t dropped it, in fact it hasn’t left my desk so I doubt it was me that did it, if I did then it was very easily dented. This causes the bottom to wobble when placed on a flat surface. It’s clearly very poor quality. I won’t be buying another and I urge you not to purchase this item until they have redesigned it with a more robust material or design.

A good flask, great product to compare with lots and lots flasks saw through Amazon. I have already a Mizu flask and the quality of the materials is much much better nothing to compare with this one. Little bit more expensive but totally worth it. If you don’t want spend lots of money this stailess bottle is perfect does a great job. Keep water very cold under the sun and warm for long time. Very comfortable the milky mouth my girlfrind doesn’t spill all the water around the flor when we are around the world. Totally BPA FREE? I’m not sure the edge of the cap looks like plastic, needs to be review.

This is by far THE BEST insulated bottle I have ever owned. After buying one for myself initially, I was so impressed that I bought one for my husband and one for my son, and since then I've bought another 3 as a gift!I've used this bottle for both cold and hot drinks, and it holds temperature for hours! E.g. I've poured cold water from the fridge in my bottle, went for a picnic on an extremely hot summer day, got back home, forgot about the bottle, and next day when I went to wash it - water was cold as it came directly from the fridge. Me and my husband have also made a little experiment with hot water - it was piping hot 10hrs after, and for another 15hrs very warm, that's more than a whole day of very warm water!I'm honestly very impressed and couldn't recommend it enough!I haven't experienced weird smell from any of the bottles so far (as some reviews suggest). It is true that the colour on the outside can easily be scraped, but I don't really mind as long as the bottle does it's job!

One of the best Flasks Ive owned. Its described as a water bottle but I use mine for hot drinks. Ive thrown out many flasks after short or single usage because if they dont keep the drinks hot then they're useless. Im delighted with this flask as up to 6 hours after my drink was piping hot (too hot to enjoy). 8 hours after putting my drink in it I still had (not piping hot) but hot enough to be a hot drink and to keep me warm! I did leave hot water in the bottle overnight and it was still hot in the morning. It does not leak so can be laid flat for carrying.Its aesthetically pleasing to carry around and very lightweight!A recommended product!
