Impressive tree - joy to have for not more than 2 weeks
Arrived extremely well-packed and with plenty of moisture. (5 stars for that!)It came from somewhere in Scotland / Glasgow area, having spent 3 days in transit. Tracking could have been a lot better. It was by accident (and really due to tier 4 restrictions) that someone was there to receive it.Two important details: the bottom of the tree was very very chunky, but we had a very large base to put it. If we had bought a base according to the height of the tree, probably it would not fit.Unfortunately, it did not last very long. Of course, it was in a warm living room, and near a radiator, and not in cold storage, but was watered and mist sprayed. Nonetheless, after 10-12 days, branches were pointing downwards and baubles started falling off. I guess if you want a tree that's still looking alive by the New Year, you may need to buy it much nearer Christmas...

Don't waste your money
Definitely not freshly cut for sure it was dead going brown with all the needles falling off in under a week will not buy from them again this year

Not value for money
Very disappointed with our tree this year. Small and not a good shape after last years bushy one. Won’t be buying again. Such a pity they don’t have credit control. Could have done better buying it from the local supermarket.
