I'm on the HCG diet. I found these with no sugar and only 5 calories per serving. Surprisingly it's very tasty. Added flavor to my food. I used it in all kinds of soups. I even used it in my family's meals and they didn't even know about it. They went on eating, snorting & enjoying their meals like they always do lol. Package came pretty quickly too so I'm a very satisfied customer. The only problem was carrying the heavy box from my mail box to my country home & very very...very long driveway. Oh well, good exercise.
