I've tried three different brands and this one is on top of my list. Soft material, good flex. Wore it on my heaviest day and didn't have to change all day. No leaks, no smells (until you take it off). Handwashing recommended, or at least rinse it out a lot first before throwing it in with your other clothes (for hygiene purposes). I'll buy another pair... when I have the budget for it. It's a bit pricey!

They most definitely run small

The sizing constantly changes. I love the thinxs panties, these are extremely thick and too warm but I did buy them to be heavy absorbency for days on the floor for nursing clincial. They are too big though, same size as my other ones so I just took them up myself.

These were unable to be rated because size small was still too big for my 5 foot 135 pound wife. Standard size small usually fits and at 60+ years, she is certainly not used to buying teen small!

No absorbancy and starts leaking within an hour.

These work well. For super heavy days there seems to be a little bit of leaking so you will want a back up on days you can't be home a change. They are super comfortable and easy to wash.
