Cheap and nasty
Bought these as Christmas gifts and couldn't be more disappointed, dont even feel I can gift them. They are cheap and nasty probably 99p mugs with really tacky and cheap looking graphics for the personalisation.

Smaller than I thought it would be.
This is a pretty and well made mug. However it is quite small and doesn’t say it it is microwave proof. Four stars.

lovely mug, however much smaller than I was expecting...from the picture I was expecting a much larger mug. this is normal sized. but very nice gift.
