Great for purpose, but now overpriced
UPDATE: Love these boots but I'd advise getting some rubber boot care spray (such as Grangers) and to use it regularly. I put them in the shoe cupboard recently and the next time I go them out they were covered in white bloom. Spray removed it but the back section on both boots has turned slightly grey.I bought these for camping. I wanted some waterproof shoes that I could slip on and off on dewy mornings and evenings rather than get into my big lumbering hiking boots. They are absolutely perfect for this. So many plus points: totally waterproof, cushioned insole, warmer than normal wellies thanks to the neoprene, excellent grip on wet grass/muddy tracks and I find them easy to get on and off. I could have bought some short wellies but I don't like the wide opening and flopping around feel of wellies. They do mark easily so store them carefully (ie with nothing else on top of them or digging into them). I did have a few issues with size. Initially I got a 7 which is my standard fit in most shoes and wellies, but they were HUGE (long AND wide) and felt more like an 8 so I returned them. I thought the 6 would be ok considering how big the 7s were, but they were a pinch too small and very narrow. Photo attached shows the 6.5s (left) vs the 6s (right) and I feel like there is almost a whole size difference rather than half. Thankfully the 6.5s were fine for me and my mum has benefitted from the 6s! My only disappoint was that when I first bought the size 7s they were £39.99 and it wasn't a sale price either (not that it mentioned). When I eventually got the 6.5s they'd gone up to £49.99 but I took the hit. Now they are £57.99?!!! £18 extra! I would have bought another pair in green if they were still £39.99. I don't think I would have originally even looked at them if they'd been £58 from the start. A real shame that the price has been hiked so much. Here's hoping they drop a bit for the Black Friday sale!

At last! 100% waterproof boots
For the last few weeks I've been searching for boots that are totally waterproof, suited to dog walks in the early morning wet grass. I'm so pleased to return home with dry feet for a change! The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is that they are a little awkward to get on; as others reviewers have also noted, the opening is very narrow. You need to sit down in a chair to put them on, rather than being able to just slip them on by the door. The only way to improve the design would be to include a side zip, which I suppose would reduce the waterproof-ness!The boots are very comfortable for my half hour walks - I was concerned that they might slip up and down a bit at the heel, like standard wellies do, but that is not the case; they fit snugly around the heel. If you're in between sizes I'd say go for the next size up. I'm usually a 4 in sandals and 5 in boots - I'm glad I chose these in size 5 as they fit perfectly with standard socks, I don't think I'd be able to wear thick socks with them due to the small opening. The boots are relatively easy to take off, but I do have a wooden boot remover to assist.

Not for all gardening jobs.
I wanted these boots to give me protection when gardening. The fit was good and although they are a bit of a faff to pull on there's no way that soil can get into the boot while you're working. I can't speak for the waterproofness as it been dry since I got the boots. My problem is that the sole just isn't thick enough. If you're using your foot to push a spade down into the earth then you'll very quickly get a sore foot. I've added a pair of insoles to the boots and hope that this helps.

Great little ankle wellies
I ordered two sizes because I read they came up small. Sure enough the 4 was and was relieved I could fit the 5 abs send the 4 back for a refund. My hubby was so impressed I did the same. He’s a size 9 but sometimes his wide feet need a 10 so I ordered a 10 & 11. 10 fitted so we sent the 11 back. He’s very pleased with them. The neoprene ankle cuff makes them so easy to slip on and off and very comfy. Mix right fit around my ankle too. Great buy all round.

Very pleased!
After reading the reviews I decided to go for one size up and ordered a 5 instead of a 4. A 4 would have been too small, but the 5 gives me a little extra toe room with an extra pair of socks and I didn't have any trouble getting them on which surprised me as I have a high instep. I first wore them when it was sleeting and my feet were no warmer than in thick wellies, however they grip very, fit snuggly around my ankles and are very comfortable.I would say they weigh about the same as light wellies. Would recommend highly.

Comfortable but not sufficiently non-slip
Easy to get on and off, and comfortable, but the soles aren't non-slip enough for gardens with steps or paved areas. Plus, terrible plastic packaging - plastic outer wrapping, plastic bag inside tied with plastic twine and even plastic 'balloon' shapers inside the shoes when paper would have been more than adequate.

Waterproof!
Overall happy with these Boots, needed something to keep my feet dry when walking my dogs, my feet have stayed dry no wet socks. The only downside is they are extremely tight around the elastic at the top of the Boot. Not during waring. But when you try to put your foot in, I have a shoe horn to place behind my heel & help the foot into the boot. These could do with a fastening on the side in the next design, I understand they are trying to keep them water tight, but they definitely need more thought out into how difficult it is, trying to put your foot in the boot. For this reason I score these Boots 7/10
