This is the first time owning a 4K TV. And I dont regret it one bit. Great colors, the OS is also very smooth. Playback of MKV files is also a breeze. 5/5 would recommend anyone getting into the 4K sector for the first time.

The TV was great - now the TV stopped responding to the remote - we bought a new one (even though the light was pinging on the touch of a button which makes you assume it wasn't a problem with the remote - the new remote arrived and the issue was still there.Unplugged and plugged back in - it worked again.Now its every few hours every day - and also it starts switching between apps on its own.Naff quality and no way of contacting anyone here.RIDICULOUS.

Browsers can't be installed and casting very slower than tv boxesAll other picture qualities are well and good
