They wrote, "Designer Buckle with Colorful Genuine Leather Belt."I have two other belts by Barry Wang. I don't think any of them are leather, despite the claim. The other two are better imitations and they were inexpensive. Look at my pictures and look at theirs. You can tell by my pictures that this is vinyl. I bought this belt thinking it was a ratchet belt. Turns out it is not, but it works just as well for me. I particularly like the buckle. It fastens onto the belt the same way the ratchet buckles do, so you can adjust the size of the belt from the back end and do not have to punch holes or cut a new tip. One nice thing is that the holes line up with the prong, so you don't have to move the prong back and forth searching for the hole. Since you adjust the size from the hack, you do not have a whole lot of belt hanging out in front of the buckle. You can adjust it so that it fits neatly into the loop with no excess. The color and pattern fit in very well with just about any outfit you may be wearing. I like this belt, and don't think I will be looking for another for a long time.

Just found time to assemble this belt with the buckle I purchased from the same company, but the belt is too wide for the buckle. All the other belts and buckles I purchased are fine. The belt looks great and seems to be of high quality, but it won't slide through the buckle. Now it is too late to return so I am stuck.

The media could not be loaded.  Quality of the belts I received seems really good. The issue I have is that it’s not the color I ordered. I ordered a burgundy belt & the on I received is brown. Still deciding if I want to keep or return it.

The buckle shipped and arrived as promised, but there was not a belt included as was advertised. That was fine with me, I have a half dozen ratchet belts that the buckle will fit. I mention it because if a buyer does not have a belt already they will be disappointed! The buckle seems to be well made and of good quality.

These are great buckles! Beautifully made! In the past, I have always avoided decorative buckles because I thought they were either obnoxious looking or just ugly. I now have at least ten of these buckles on different ratchet belts. These buckles are attractive and I have received several favorable comments from people who have noticed them.

Getting traditional belts that fit has been a challenge for me, these ratchet type belts w/ .25inch adjustable spacing did the trick. They hold as good as the traditional belts w/holes and don’t slip. I switched to these a few years ago and don’t plan to go back. My only complaint is the belt I ordered was listed as black and looked black in the photo. While it does have black, the black is a textured design over a medium brown. The brown shows through and does not work for me as a black belt. I will keep it to use for my yard work pants.

The belt looks just like the picture. the ratchet mechanism makes it easy to adjust he belt and remains secure at whatever position you set it.
