Back Flex (Black)

I used this item as directed and, after each use, I felt good. I also felt that it was helping my posture. BUT.....I have now developed a shoulder problem which I have never had before. My self-diagnosis is that it is radiator cuff tendinitis. I will be throwing away the spine strethcher and trying to treat the tendinitis. :-(

Then I also get from Amazon the protection cover for the wooden pillow.To get more ideas on how to use the wooden pillow,I then ordered the wooden pillow exercise book.It is really effective and helps to release the pain.With the confident, I then ordered through Amazon the sae arc stretching equipment, 2 in 1 back & lumbar stretching.It is really comfortable and also releases the pain. Trust me, it is really effective.Now again I I ordered through Amazon and received today in good condition the sae arc spine stretching lumbar support - wooden back flex & posture alignment device.Although the cost is not cheap especially with the shipping fees to Malaysia.It is a good investment for our health..Those who are conscious for the wellbeing health, I definitely will encourage them to get the whole set.Fully recommended.

I can see how this tool could be a valuable tool for stretching, but it is rather short and doesn't give the leverage needed to get a good stretch. I, personally, have a stiff shoulder that prevents me from bringing my elbows in close enough to my body to get a good hook on the arc to use the tool effectively. If it was even 6 inches longer, I think it could have done the trick. I am keeping it because there other things I can do with it, but I am a little disappointed that I can't get it to do what I purchased it for.

I had high hopes for this product because it was recommended by my chiropractor. He told me his wife improved her posture significantly with it. The first time I tried it my shoulders & upper back were sore for days. I'm not the most flexible person right now so that could be part of the reason for my experience. I use it at work sometimes to get a good stretch in my pec's, but it's always awkward and very uncomfortable. Hoping it gets better with time.

Such a great tool. Love it. Helps my back- and makes be a happier person. Thank you for the Arc.
