The knob screw is housed in a plastic/silicon washer cum spacer housing. In use it does not withstand heat and gets misshaped and loose . Shortly it will give away and the knob will come unstuck. Steam enters as does water during washing it, making it unhygienic. Manufacturer is requested to ensure proper quality

As seen in images, the lid I received was damaged as it has three dents on the steel ring part. The glass was good and scratch free but because of the dent, the lid didn’t fit on vessel perfectly. What’s the use of a lid if steam escapes from dents at sides?Also, the seller sent different knob as compared to the image on Amazon product page. While the page shows round knob, I received lid with a square knob.

I ordered a 28cm lid for my pan (28cm outside dia). Although I knew that it would be a few mm here n there, I willingly took chance due to best price and better reviews. Its been a few weeks that I am using it. Quality seems to be fine for the price. Just that it is unlaminated glass so have to be really careful all the time.
