Great RACE headers!
Anytime you’re installing an exhaust system you’re gonna have to do some fabrication and use your ingenuity. These are race headers not meant for plug and play. The bolts are junk anyway and should be replaced with better bolts as I did. If you use the stock bolts all you had to do was flip them upside down. And add washers. I did have to torch and bend a 14 mm wrench at 90° however LOL which is fine. I also ran these true duels on glass packs on my 93 Ford ranger 4 x 4. Twin turbo charged. Ported and running close to 260 hp. And they have not failed once. They are not painted with header paint. They are only prime to prevent rust and you must coat them with several layers of your own 2000° paint and follow the instructions on tempering the paint and baking. And install the plug in the EGR spot. These things are super hot and super loud but sound great like a V-8. The only drawback I have are on the instructions not educating to use high temp gasket maker on both sides of the fiber gasket. That’s usually an understood step for most people. I always do it but since they did not say it or require it I did not and now have a significant leak on the right side. Which is OK. I’m going to replace the bolts for the manifold anyway. I think they are a great product for the price if you were looking for something anymore you should just take it to a professional if you’re not a professional yourself. I am however going to ask that them send me a new gasket when I tear it. down again.

decent
shipping was on time, fit was good except for the length of the head bolts(washers cleared that right up) but the manufacturer should have noted that these are universal fit for engines with an E.G.R. system which I dont have. quality of the header was so so as the paint burnt all but completely off in the first week of operation! over all i guess you get what you pay for.....budget parts:(

They came ported for an egr which is fine. However
Does not fit 4x4s. It contacts the front drive shaft. It would have fit had they designed it correctly, as there is plenty of room..The supplied bolts for the y pipe to the headers were to long as well. They're listed as a fit for a 93 Ford Ranger that doesn't have the egr that ports into the driver side head. They came ported for an egr which is fine. However, they should have supplied a plug or at least listed the size needed instead of making it difficult to find.I don't see me saving money by going with the cheaper pacesetter headers ever again.
