This is by far the Best phone case I have ever seen or used, hands down. It is extremely heavy duty and rigid, almost built like a machine tool or piece of military equipment. I am constantly dropping my phone and cracking it. This case solves that problem. It is a 2 piece solid machined aluminum casting with tapped holes for Allen bolts that hold the casing together, with a very nice silicone shock absorbing and waterproofing insert inside that encases the phone between the metal frame, and a fantastic hard screen protector built in which has micro mesh dust guard over the speaker, and the sc screen protector has absolutely Excellent touch sensitivity! It also comes with extra Allen bolts, 2 Allen keys for assembly, a wipe cloth and wet wipe for cleaning, a lanyard for hanging or carrying, and the frame has a nice solid through hole in the lower left corner for attaching a lanyar, carabiner or hook. I Cannot overstate the quality of this thing. I am a metal worker and a craftsman. I'm here to vouch---tThis thing is Extremely high quality, and worth More than every penny it costs. For 37 bucks I'm protecting my 700 phone, and in my favorite color dark green! All I wanted was a decently waterproof, solid metal, dark green phone case that can take the abuse my lifestyle submits my phone to. And I'm okay with it being a little heavy or big,, long as it isn't ridiculous. This is the perfect balance of rigidity, style, good materials and high build quality. For anyone who hikes, camps, does outdoor sports or recreation, or anyone who works for a living, or is in harsh demanding conditions---anyone who is risking their expensive phone dropping or getting wet or etc---Im telling you, this thing is Solid---And the price is great. I put a leather cord lanyard on mine so that helps me not drop it, and I love the style of it---so nice. I love this thing. Thanks!

This is worth the $ it is heavy and bulky and a little annoying when you have to take the tiny screws out of it to clean the inside of your phone screen or to change sim/memory card but it definitely holds up... My husband is a mechanic and left it under the hood and shut the hood or well on this car he was working on slammed the hood... It scratched the outer part and shattered the screen(tempered glass protector) but the phone was still in mint shape. Contacted the company and ordered a new one ..

This seems sturdy by the screws fall out like crazyI even got a second case thinkingbthe first was faultyHad both a total of 45 days now and all of thenscrews in both cases are lost and gone.I could glue them in but then I'd never get my phone out if I needed it.Sorry, but spend the money elsewhere.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: After having this case for 10 days the front glass just shattered into a million pieces randomly in the middle of the night when I went to the bathroom and set it down on the counter. going to try and return and get a different case. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is clearly not rated the way they claim if it can't even handle being set down on a counter without breaking. Also the colored finish on mine started scratching off really easily from just being in my purse about 2 days after I bought it. PREVIOUS PORTION OF REVIEW: This case is incredibly well made. the outer parts are actually metal and it is held together with allen key screws. the silicone middle is also thick and well made. it can definitely stand up to abuse. the only issue I've had is that the screen protector tends to make typing a bit more difficult due to lack of sensitivity especially in the corners. I often have to push harder than with previous cases I've used and this sometimes causes double letters or random periods to appear which means I have had to double check and reread everything I text prior to sending.

I still to this day get comments on my phone case saying how big it looks. Then when they pick it up they almost drop it because of how heavy it is. Have never broken a phone using these cases and I've dropped them a lot.

I don't like it very much do to the temper-glass breaking within a few days of having it. Amazon did a replacement for a new one. But the screws back out over time which lets dust and water in. I wish it had a way to stop the screws backing out once they are in place.

If you're looking for something that will give your phone the most impact protection for your buck this is the case for you. Metal frames on front and back that screw into place and a mattress of silicon to snuggle your phone between them make for the Fort Knox of phone cases. THAT SAID, I have big hands. I just upgraded from my s9+ because it was too small for me. My hands were big enough that I could easily hide the s9+ under one hand. I'm overstating this because this case makes the Note 20 Ultra TOO MUCH PHONE. Holding this thing in one hand is a struggle, and while I understand it's no compact little LG, I still don't want to have to devote two hands to a phone just to do some simple browsing. You've gotta cradle this thing when you hold it it's just that huge. While I love the security of the build quality, it makes me nervous knowing that the build is so large/heavy I have to worry more about dropping my overpriced phone. If you work a job where you need something sturdy, then this case is for you but just know it will NOT fit in any leg pockets on your contractor pants. I love the design but it's simply too much for me.
