Colour shown in picture was totally different to the one that arrived. Contacted seller to arrange to return it but they refused my return saying I didnt take reasonable care. Contacted amazon and they have been great. Had to file an A-Z claim. Have since had threatening email from the seller telling me they will involve a trade lawyer if I dont drop the claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!

This supplier does live up to Amazon Prime Status. Was not happy with product regarding quality and colour and wanted to return it, but the supplier had it's own conditions! (not obvious on Amazon)You can only return the product FREE of costs if the reason for return is it has a manufacturers defect or courier damage etc.I would have to repack it and find a courier etc and the cost to me would be close the product cost!Beware of this supplier. If you buy it - you have to keep it! I am stuck with it now and in future will be wary of Amazon Prime after being 100% satisfied with them so far .

Usually, I am a bit wary about buying such large items online as they are difficult to return if they don't arrive as expected, so I spent a long time searching for a good one. I am very relieved to say that the rug was exactly as I had hoped. After unrolling the rug the pile was slightly flat, but it still looked really nice. A single brush in the opposite direction and the pile was back to normal. I'd say that the rug looks better in person than in the photos.I purchased the rug on a Thursday, it was dispatched the next day and arrived on Monday, so very happy with the quick delivery as I was expecting it to arrive later in the week.The quality is very good and you can tell that there is not going to be any shedding even at the edges which are quite solid. The rug that I bought was "silver" which I'd say is accurate as it a light grey pile with a sheen so it really brightens the room. The colour was exactly as expected and in my opinion, is more vibrant than the photo.Would have no hesitation recommending these to friends.

I ordered this rug previously and it was super, so I thought I would order a second one in dark beige. The colour was very dark, more brown than beige, not a bit like the image advertised. But I liked the seller so I wanted to give them chance to fix this. was told I could return the item for a full refund, just need to print off the form, re-package the rug, and take it to the post office. In a pandemic this is not easy, and the cost to return is more than I paid for the rug. Such a shame as the rug is super quality, very happy with it in all other respects, only that the colour is completely not as advertised, which is really annoying. Advice to future customers - I think the image used for dark beige on the Amazon page is a mistake, so opt for a different rug if you want one that is light coloured.

I was very disappointed I ordered cream and got white .. the quality was not what I expected you can see the backing through the rug where it is thinly woven .. I’m waiting to return it ..

Absolutely fantastic rug for the price.Arrived well packaged and Unrolled nearly perfect. Hardly any need to straighten at all.I nearly spent £140 on a different seller. So glad I didn’t.

Really happy with this rug, was pleasantly surprised with the colour, a browny beige, nice and neutral. For the price I was dubious but I followed the reviews and was glad I did so, have a huge rug for a fraction of the cost from the shops on the highstreet. Isn't the deepest pile but edging is full and can't see base through pile unless you search for it. One tip (obvious probably, apologies!), it requires fluffing as rolled so tightly for transporting. Once fluffed, looks really full. Have had lots of compliments. Only downside (but not rugs fault!)...I keep losing little things in it, screw and an earring so far! ;)

I bought this rug for my lounge it is really big and very soft. I did deduct one star for the thickness as is is probably not as thick as some rugs, however they would be twice the price. This rug was so reasonable and I would definitely recommend this.
