I’m a heavy pronator and my feet are very flat. I’ve recently been experiencing ankle pain and my podiatrist recommended orthotics. Finding some with a firm arch is difficult and I don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on custom ones. These Tread-Labs came highly recommended on a foot health website for tibial nerve pain so I decided to give them a try. The US women’s 8-8.5 fit perfectly in my size 9 Brooks sneakers. My insert didn’t crowd my feet in the shoe- thin but supportive. I’ve worn them a few times with different socks and total comfort. Hoping increased wear will help correct my ankle pain and prevent a reoccurrence.

I had so much pain on the bottom of my feet. I tried multiple Walmart cheap inserts and no help. My doctor wanted to set me up with some custom inserts that were $400 that insurance don't cover. I got one pair 6 months ago and loved them. I got another pair for my second pair of shoes. Very sturdy and looks like they will last a long time. My foot pain subsided after a couple weeks of elevating my feet at night and using these inserts. I got the high arch and for my second pair the extra high arch. I like the high best. It's not much of a difference but I can feel the difference. Yes buy them.

I love these insoles; I have very high arches and they have helped remove PF pain and they are the highest arches I could find. I use these in my running shoes and my hiking boots. I have run well over 500 miles combined wearing these and hiked about 400 miles wearing these insoles. Concept of just replacing the liner is great. Unfortunately on every set I've owned (3 pair) both velcro patches shift out of place over time. Seems like the adhesive is inadequate for the task. The insole shifts on the base and the stickiness remaining on the base adheres to the cushion liner and tears it when removing to reposition. I have had to reposition the velcro on the plastic base multiple times. But I deal with that issue because I like the foot support and have yet to find something better.

I almost never write reviews, but I searched and searched for an insert with a high enough arch, and I finally found it! I LOVE this insert!!

Having been dealing with PF for 2.5 months. I have a pair of 1/2 piece prescription orthotics that are a real hassle getting my foot into once I get them in the shoe. These are true to size and provide excellent support. Really helps relieve a lot of the pain I get when wearing regular shoe inserts. If you're looking for pain relief that is true to size I highly recommend these. I actually bought a 2nd pair for everyday footwear as I like my running shoes 1 size bigger for more room in the toe box.

I have plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis from very high arches. I have spent hundreds on custom orthotics, only to have them Never fit right and fall apart in under a year. What a joke. So, I decided to try these instead. GAME CHANGER. I LOVE these things!!!! I am on my feet pretty much allDay working on our small farm and these orthotics are super comfortable right from moment one, they helped tremendously with my tendinitis issues and I no longer wake up In the morning afraid to get out of bed because I know my feet will hurt so badly when I try to walk. I can’t thank the folks at this company enough for these inserts! I absolutely recommend them to anyone with the issues I have and who needs a more durable, supportive orthotic that they can actually afford!

I needed a new set of inserts for some shoes that I'd be walking in for several days. Everything I read in the reviews pointed to these being perfect. But after a day, my feet hurt so bad that I was almost in tears. The really bad part was that I was in another country that didn't have any replacement shoes above a size 10 (I'm size 12) so I was stuck with these shoes and the inserts for nine days. I was almost to the point where I just wanted to walk around barefoot to try to relieve myself of the shoes and these inserts. My right heal is still aching after not being in those shoes for at least three days. It was so bad that at times I had a hard time sleeping because of the pain. I DO NOT recommend these inserts. I know that they have a lot of positive reviews, and maybe they are fine for the majority. But not for me.

I have heavy foot pressure and needed something to help alleviate heel and metatarsal pressure pain. I wore these inside insoles inside a pair of Altra Lone Peaks for approximately 1 hour on three separate days. Every day, I had sore feet and back pain almost immediately upon putting my shoes on and walking around. They're too rigid/firm for my high arches/feet. They are incredibly firm and painful. Great support, but no give/cushion. Unfortunately, the print wears off the sole in a matter of minutes, so they no longer look "new" after a mere try-on and cannot be returned.If you think you need support AND cushioning, this is not the insole for you. I wish I'd just tried the Ramble instead.
