I like the product. However, I having a large phone so the clear window was a little small. But the main issue was that the clear window would fog up so you could hardly see screen. It did keep your hands warm.

In concept the idea of the hand warmer with the clear window to see your phone is good, but takes away too much of the warmth. Will probably get a different hand warmer with better insulation and no window.Does have a nice pocket in the back that you can stash a small something, or throw in some hot hands to make it warmer.

What I likeThe muff is well built and seems of good quality. Feels warm, I like the outside pocket and pocket on the inside for hand warms. The strap is nice and very adjustable.What I don't likeI don't like the clear opening and that's why I'm returning it. It's a nice idea but it should have stopped there. The clear plastic will allow cold in for sure. It also makes noise and the cover doesn't stay in put as well as I would like. I have a samsung s20 plus and you have to hold the phone sideways to use it. The clear plastic tends to sage and interfere with the use of the phone.In the end I bought a different muff from Hot Shot and am returning this one.

Kept the hands warm which is the main purpose. The little pocket for hand warmers is nice too. The second purpose is where the item fails. The window for accessing your phone needs improvement. For one, the moisture from the hand warmers fogs up the window. For two, I use my phone vertical. This is too narrow and you must use your phone horizontal. The silver lining is that by keeping your phone in warm it saves the battery from dying so quickly. In the end, I ended up taking my phone out to use it and then kept the phone and hands snuggly warm inside the pouch. For that, I could have just purchased a muff with no window. A neat feature nonetheless, just needs some improvement.

Very warm, unless your hands touch the clear plastic. See through plastic also "crinkles" in the cold, which is not ideal when archery hunting. Magnetic closure works extremely well and is silent when opening and closing.
