Great gloves!!!
I'm using these gloves the last few months. I'm working in an automotive factory, so we need protection when we cut the plastics with the knives. The company gave us the Veltuff gloves (i don't remember the type). Are good gloves, but not so comfort and little bit harder than the Ansell. Except all these, you feel imediatelly the hot plastic when you take it in your hand, so there is no heat protection, and the cutting protection is not so good as with Ansell. They have not good grip too. So, Ansell Powerflex 80-813 are by far better gloves. I made a list of gloves i have used before. I tried Taeki5 Black Panther, cutting protection number 5, but i cutted them really easilly with my knife. They have good grip (better than Veltuff, but worse than Ansell), and good heat protection, but not as good as Ansell again. The worst thing is that they are not comfort to cut something, so... I tried the expensive HexArmor Chrome gloves. They looks great and you feel real protection with them, but they are really uncomfort to use your knife. They have really good cutting protection, really good heating protection...and that's all. And finally, i tried some cheap chinese gloves with steel wire inside. Are the worst glove i've ever used before. Really uncomfort, really hard to use, no heat protection, no grip, but the worst of all things is that after while some steel wires drilling holes in your skin, so are dangerous. Even when you use your knife, you can cut 'em easy. So, not really good cutting protection. So, in conclusion i found these Ansell gloves really really comfort, i mean amazingly comfort, really strong and really protective for cutting and heating. They are by far better than the gloves i've used before.
