Well worth reading.
This is a very good all-round account of nutritional and exercise changes one should make once middle-age hits. It is not too late even then to make positive life changes to improve health and stamina. The book addresses not only the exercises, which by the way include good diagrams but explains the role of hormones and nutritional changes one needs in order to avoid the often inevitable weight gain. I found this an informative, interesting book and will certainly try some of the recommendations.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
