Nice enough for the price
If you are hoping that you are getting a great steal on a fine clamping system for this price, you will be disappointed. It does "clamp" and it is adjustable, as long as the things you are clamping are not going to be under much force or oddly shaped. So I give it 4 stars for what it is, but what it is not, is a solid, firm, rigid vise. It is mostly plastic and bends as you should expect.
