This elbow brace is only effective if there is air in the cast "pillow". That is why it is called an air cast. Both of the air cast elbow bands I received were maybe half filled with air. They also arrived in a very well used box, of which I discovered under my address label was a return label from a prior customer. I will not buy from this seller again, as it appears they resold to me defective items that were previously returned to them.They get a star because it arrived as indicated.
