NuproTri-fold Standing Case for Fire HD 8 Tablet, Twilight Blue (10th Gen, 2020 Release)

This was purchased with a Kindle Fire HD8. As a case, it serves it's purpose. However, when trying to use the rear camera, the cover covers the lens! Holding the cover partially open while using the rear camera is clumsy at best. Nupro should have incorporated a hole in the cover that aligns with the lens.

This case works well in portrait mode, quite well, however when you rotate it and try to do anything in landscape mode is when it shows its true colors.In order to get to your drop down menu (containing airplane mode and wi-fi and the like) you need to push the case out of the way. The strip that runs across the top will not allow you to tap the screen in the correct place to have it show without doing so.On the bottom of the screen, the same problem applies with pulling up the lower menu with stop, back arrow, and the like. So it isn't just that I've got my fire pushed too far one way or the other.I've given it 1 star since despite its good performance in portrait, the frustration of trying to use it in landscape mode overwhelms any good feelings about its other performance.

This cover fits well and seems durable but it will NOT hold up a kindle. The tri-fold is way too narrow and the kindle will flop. Item returned.

I purchased this case to go along with my Fire HD 8 Tablet. Bought the Tablet and case together. The case had a putrid perfumy disinfectant odor that would not abate. No matter what I did, I left it outside for two days, no good. I hung it out on the cloths lines for a week, no good. When you held it in your hands the odor came off on your hands. I noticed it ( the odor) the first time I opened the large box Amazon sent it in as it had my whole order in there including clothing. VERY STRANGE !! It also was marked "Made in China" VERY SUSPICIOUS !!!!!!!!!!

This product mutes the speakers. Poor design.

Well if you dont want to buy more then get the biggest sd card you can get . my books and audio books have filled the first 2 I love to play solitare or angry birds while listening to audio books . got one of those battery pacs so it would recharge while i was useing it . Since i dont want to dismount and possible lose it I baught a nother one . I dont have any music on them I read and listen to audio books .Many old friends and some new ones too.

The foldup stand is not nearly wide enough to hold the kindle upright unless it's on a perfect surface. Trying the ROISKIN it has a foldout leg that looks more sturdy.

It seemed a good value, and I purchased it as a "like new" returned product, which saved me a few bucks.I like the trifold cover, that lets me stand it up horizontally, to watch movies, etc. It puts the Fire in sleep mode automatically when the cover is closed.I'm happy with it. I'd probably buy it again if I needed one.

This kindle is brilliant,can do just about as much on it as on the computer.Plus reading from my kindle library.The Battery life is excellant,I charge up over night.

Case was well priced and fits the new 8" Fire Tablet perfectly so was just what I wanted. Offers decent protection for the screen, lightweight, easy to handle.

Not a padded case but durable plastic with a 3 fold section front cover. Adequate for the price and affords protection for the 8hd fire.

It’s a smart piece of kit. It’s lightweight and easy to hold. Works well and saves me going over a speed limit. Haven’t noticed any updating whilst driving. Must be doing something wrong.
