It's very easy to use, convenient to hold in hand. At 3 tier the flosser is really powerful. The size is perfect, convenient to take on trips. Water tank is enough for one session. Good choice of jet tips.

I was looking for an oral care product and I am so glad that I've found this. My gums are so fragile that it was difficult to wash my mouth. Great product, reasonable price and good accessories in it. I really loved this product.

This flosser looked nice when I opened it. It came with an assortment of different tips and a charging cord. When I used it for the first time to check it out, it didn't have constant pressure while flossing. I wasn't crazy about that, but thought it would be o.k. anyway. When I tried to turn it off, it wouldn't . I thought I was pushing on the wrong spot. I wasn't, and when I looked to see, I had water flying everywhere. I kept pressing the power button, and it finally stopped squirting water all over. After I cleaned up the bathroom, I went back on Amazon for a refund. This may have been a faulty device,but I wouldn't suggest buying one based on what happened with mine.

A lot of good things about this flosser, but one frustrating thing. I can't get the water tank off of the bottom of the unit. The picture and claim on the Amazon page are misleading. If the tank is intended to come off at all it is certainly not easy and it did not come with any instructions on how to remove it. While I like the product, I am concerned about being able to clean the water tank - something the claim said I should be able to do.

This product is absolutely amazing, my teeth feel super clean and healthy after using this. I would absolutely recommend this product!

I like that it holds a charge and easy to fill and use.

Works as it should but even on the lowest setting the flow is too hard. I have sensitive gums so it’s not what I was hoping for.

As someone with very sensitive gums and not all teeth straight like a model from the Colgate commercial, it was always very hard for me to floss. As a result, gums bled often and food got stuck in between. My dentist insists on traditional flossing, but now I know better. The water flossing system is the perfect solution and an answer for all kind of problems. Unlike another system i used previously, this one works without the cord, so you can take it to the shower. This particular feature is extremely handy when you have small kids, that haven't mastered the art of not creating a flood of biblical proportions, when using the corded one. Also, the three different power settings are handy for kids too. I remember using something like this when i was growing up in the 1980' and we connected it to the kitchen sink faucet, oh my, how far these water flossers came since !!

It comes with al. Attachments... charged overnight before using but would not spray water! Was ready to send it back and my daughter blew into the top where the water comes out and miraculously it started to spray! She was so proud she fixed it! She has used it three times since getting it and so far so good!

The water leaks out from the side at times.

The media could not be loaded.  It is awesome!! My gums are super sensitive, often ended up bleeding while flossing. First time using water floss, it was quite strong on the lowest pressure for the first night. But I got used to the pressure really soon. Love that it is wireless. I could use it anywhere with whatever posture.

I like the product, it works perfectly good and results are amazing as well after use, but in the product itself one part that is tongue scrapper attached came broken.
