Es increíble como trabaja este producto yo cuando entrenaba piernas los dolores me duraban 5 y hasta seis días,compré este suplemento para usarlo como prentreno ,ya que entreno en las mañanas a veces en ayunas desde q lo uso el primer día me recupero mucho más rápido de mis entrenamientos pero de una forma inexplicable ,el hambre desaparece en cuanto tomo el primer sorbo , y los deseos de entrenar aumentan ,el sabor de ponche de frutas es esquisito no he probado otros, lo bautizo desde ahora como bebida del dios Hércules,,,

BSN products are always delicious, yes it higher calories, but I need them! Super easy to use, mixes completely with water and is like a treat before/during/after a work out and haSlow greatly with recovery and minimizing DOMS! Smell and taste are AMAZING! Purchased based off of a quick online research and reviews and so far so good. Taste is good, the watermelon tastes a bit like the watermelon jolly ranchers. I do mix mine in a 12 oz shaker and haven't experienced any clumping after a good shake.

Yeah, this didn't work out for me, extremely gassy . Although some good increases in pr's, I had to discontinue. Hopefully the rest don't have these problems, all depends on your biome.
