Didn’t work for my dog.
I bought this as my dog was anxious because of a house move and over licking his legs had caused sore spots. The idea was to stop him getting to them. He managed to escape the suit though this could have been the fit, he’s a short legged jack Russell, the camouflage looked very cute though.

Dog Surgical Recovery Suit Onesie with Legs Long sleeves
Very disappointed. My dog has had surgery for warts/skin tags on his neck, hip and knee and I wanted a fairly close-fitting, substantial recovery suit with sleeves and legs to hold the dressings safely against the skin and then to protect the stitches afterwards.I was very hopeful about this item.I bought the correct size for my dog according to the sizing table, but it proves that one large dog is not the same size or shape as another large dog.Pros:1) Good idea.Cons:1) Sizing is difficult and the sizing table is misleading. Not all dogs are the same. I ordered the XXL which was recommended for my dog according to the sizing table and which is supposed to be for a 24" back - the actual item size is 28" so the fit along my dog’s body was too baggy. It would be more helpful if the actual size of the garment was specified in addition to the size of the dog for which it is intended. A better choice and judgement could then be made.2) The legs and sleeves are also baggy and each should be slightly elasticated at the ends to prevent them slipping off the arms/legs when the dog is sitting/lying down. This would also make it easier to put on.3) The suit is very awkward to put on, especially if the dog is uncooperative. And putting the suit on could disturb injuries and dressings.A better design would be a 2-piece - one piece for the front end and the other for the back end and zipped to join in the middle.4) The material is very stretchy but very thin, there is not much thickness there to offer protection to injuries and sensitive areas. I note that several other reviewers have posted similar comments.5) The zip is a little undersized for this type of garment and for its doggy application, and could easily be broken and is fiddly to fasten. I note that several other reviewers have posted similar comments.6) Although this is a PRIME item it is NOT RETURNABLE so if you buy wrong - TOUGH!

Perfect op suit for dogs
I bought a small version of this for my dog, it fitted well and mostly she didn't mind it. A bit tricky to get all 4 short legs in before doing up the zip up the back but I'm is fine on longer legged dogs. It didn't work perfectly for me but that is mostly because the wound was near the tail so difficult to completely protect and is not a fault with this op-suit. It has a draw-string middle so no saggy belly bits! Absolutely does the job and definitely one of the better suits.

Soft material to protect site of surgical procedure
Our labrador has had a tumor removed - Fantastic suit to protect site, stop licking and keeps her warm. Surgical site is on front body and protrudes to top of front leg and was not completely covered by suit provided by vet - so purchased this. Even the inside and outside of the zip is protected by material. A well thought out design. Would give 10 stars if possibleID:supportdetp7

Not a full body wound suit - Failed after 2 days
This suit is well made and sizing comes up slightly small but it is stretchy so its quite forgiving.Beware though if you are buying this after a neutering / or genital problems it is completely open at the crotch area so a bit of sewing was needed to prevent licking in this area.I would have given 5 stars if the option to popper up this area was there.UPDATE - After 2 days the zip broke, after 3 days the seams have started to fail -UPDATED rating 2 *

Perfect fitting
Very pleased with the suit, it fits very well. The material is stretchy which allows Roger to move freely when running out and about. It protects his small wound on his leg, no more licking and the pattern is so cool.

Not brilliant
Bought this for my Doberman due to her having surgery and thought it would look better than the one she had from the vets. I measured her correctly and went against the measurements for her size which they said would be an xxxl so that's what I ordered. When she is wearing it its huge her back legs get caught in it and she can't walk because it slips down, the stitching isn't brilliant where the pull cords are and its a nightmare. The only reason I cant return it is because when we tried it on her she got a littleblood on it from the surgery scar. Not worth the money I paid in my eyes.

Comfortable fit
Bought this for my sister's dog who's a Llasa Apso to stop him scratching. Very comfortable for him to wear all the time. Was unsure about the sizing but the fit was fine. Would definitely buy another one if required.
