Lovely bag!
Lovely handbag, plenty of separate pockets and it’s a good size. Comfortable to wear and the straps are easy to adjust. My only complaint with it was the straps weren’t fixed so as you put one arm through it pulls the strap through making it uneven, I attached a clip through the middle to stop the sliding and to keep the straps fixed and even so it’s more comfortable to wear. Other that that the bag is perfect!

Disappointing straps
The bag is cute and a good size however the two-in-one strap, when it's in backpack mode, slides all to one side if you put a bit of weight in the bag. This makes it impossible to wear comfortably as there isn't anything to stop it from sliding through the handle attatchments. I had to buy a small neck scarf, tie it to the strap in order to use it. Unfortunately, I only realised after using it and removing the tags, so I can't return it. Not a very smart bag, very disappointing.

Lovey bag.
Lovely bag, just the right size. Only small issue is the straps are not fixed at the top so if you hold it with one strap it makes that strap longer than the other. Apart from that would highly recommend, very roomy with plenty of compartments and pockets.

Love this bag and just what I was looking forGreat size with lots of compartments inside and a zipped pocket on the bag for valuables which will hopefully be pickpocket proof!
