UPDATE: We were able to contact the company and they sent us the missing piece and a spare battery. They resolved the problem and have enjoyed the car since!We ordered 2 of these. The first one the dart launcher wouldn’t lift…it just kept clicking in place and needed to be manually lifted. Returned that and ordered a new one. Now the parts work except the battery cover is missing on the bottom of the car, so we will need to tape it shut until we can figure something else out. Disappointed for the price. It’s cool when it works (noisy), but I’m not very optimistic about how long it’ll last given the poor quality I’ve already seen.

Got for my sons birthday and it worked and shot the gun one time and after that never worked again. Definitely not worth price so definitely don’t recommend.

My son just loves this toy. The batteries seem to last a good amount of time. It goes over different surfaces with ease.

The toy is very cool in concept. Battery life is the biggest limitation.

Once everything is charged up it's a great toy. Made my Grandson quite happy.

The weapon not fire after reloads. Have to mess with multiple times to get to fire again.Firing system not connecting to remote.

We bought 2, for BATTLES, of course! But we had to return 1 and the 2nd one has trouble with the cannon.* The first one we opened we could not get the remote to link with the RC car. We tried the troubleshooting tips, turning everything back on and off, changing out the batteries, no good. When we opened the 2nd one, we could immediately link the remote to EITHER ONE with no problem, so clearly something was wrong with the 1st remote. It wasn't an obvious fix, so we packed it up and returned it.* Overall this toy is VERY COOL, but also VERY LOW-QUALITY. The RC car seems to be great, but the dart cannon and remote are VERY fragile. If this thing goes down some stairs, I have no doubt that that the impact would destroy the dart cannon. Dropping the remote on a hard surface might break it. Overall the plastic is thin and seems very fragile.* The gear mechanism on the dart cannon is poorly made, loose, and jams easily. I have to fiddle with it a lot to get it working again.* The electrical connection between the RC car and the dart cannon is finicky -- I have to pull the cannon off and reattach it frequently to get it working again, and when I reattach it I have to push it in HARD to make a connection, which makes me nervous because the plastic is pretty weak.* That being said, when everything works, IT'S REALLY COOL. It's fast, maneuverable, and the darts fire quickly, accurately, and I'd guess at about a 10-foot range. But man, for this price this toy should be MUCH higher quality than it is. If you buy one, HOLD ON TO THE PACKAGING, because there's a good chance you'll need to return it.

The first one was broken in a number of places, the second one i ordered did not have any obvious breaks but would not shoot the nerf darts. If it can't even come working, how could you expect it to work for long if you're lucky enough to get one that doesn't come broken?
