DNDDuo Gel (Gel & Matching Polish) Fall Set 444 - Short 'N' Sweet

I was a little iffy about buying this since I had just bought my LED Nail Light but I’m soooo glad I did!! I was looking for a bright color for my summer vacation and this was perfect!! I’m no professional but a little tip when using gel polish, always apply thin coats!! I probably won’t ever be going back to the nail salon lol

I've used this brand in the past and never had an issue.... UNTIL NOW. It didn't cure properly and peeled off almost immediately. I will not buy from this seller ever again and now I'm questioning Amazon for allowing this to go on after numerous reviews that say the same thing.

I started to use dnd cause that’s what they used at my favorite salon, and the stuff has always been very durable. With proper prep, my nails will grow out before the gel starts to chip. So far I got papaya whip, ballet slipper and the top and base coat. I love all the colors that I got, and I plan on getting more. I’m having a lot of fun doing my nails at home. Gel and gel builder have been a godsend, as my nails peel and break. I still have a hard time believing that these are my real nails. I am a self sufficient girl, so I love the freedom of doing my nails at home. The papaya whip is a great base for ombré French, if you are after that look. I’ve tried other gels, but so far dnd is my fave. Love that it’s made in the US! Great product, thanks guys!

BUYER BEWARE!! This is a trick bag. The polish will chip in a day or two. I followed directions to the tee several times & used a LED/UV lamp. You can't return it. I thought I could use it on toes since I don't use them like my hands but they chipped after about four days. I polished with OPI using the base & top coat on a Monday. It's now Saturday & have just one thumbnail chipped; the rest are nearly perfect. Save your money!!!!! I will upload a video showing me following directions, using the light & then show you how it chips after 1-2 days. I can't make this up. It will also be dated & timed stamped so customers can see I'm not lying.

The color is great. The quality is not. I have extensive experience doing my own nails and with DND polish but this color for some reason will not remain clean & smoothly painted after going drying under UV Light. I have redone these nails on the left three times to try and get the same results as the index finger. They have yet to dry the same as my index. I do not recommend you buy this color. If you like it, then I suggest you have them done at the salon as it is not worth the time and frustration you’ll have trying to get an acceptable application of it at home

I loved this color so much at my nail salon that I had to order it in case my salon runs out and doesn’t re-order. DND is a great brand, especially for gel polish. This is my go-to color. I get it everytime now because it’s neutral and goes with everything (even my lipstick lol!). The regular matching polish is a little darker, in my opinion, and I don’t think it’s an exact match, but close enough. Pardon the pictures, I have to get my nails done soon lol.

Fanciful prissy peach color...perfect for a summer soirée. Didn't take much to get a great coat and color - Two coats was all it took to get the color of the bottle, but I always do 3 for extra measure!
