Good product value money

Took a while to get the creases out but looked good when the piece was finished. I would buy again.

the product is of very good quality. unfortunately the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. the fabric arrived folded, it had deep creases and white marks in the finish along these creases. when we enquired as to how we could remove these marks we were told you ordered it folded. obviously meaning its our fault! i requested a pre paid returns label , no, returns at my expense. apparently you have to order a minimum amount of fabric for it to be sent rolled, nowhere in the advert did it say this. you have to read the war and peace version of company information to find this out. a simple one line of advice is all that would be needed and the problem would never have occurred. the advert is misleading and i will contact ASA to look into it. very very disappointed!!!!!
