Perfect for carrying in your bag or pocket.
This Pharma-Quality Empty Nasal Pump Sprayers, 20ml (2/3rds oz) 3-Pack is great. We live where it gets really cold. Between the temperature outside, and heating the inside, the air gets really dry. Then everybody starts getting nosebleeds. These were just the fix we were looking for.I bought these instead of the cheaper brands available because they are Pharmaceutical quality. This means the little sprayer won't end up in your sinuses. Major plus. Then of course there are 3. One for each of us. No one has to share their sprayer with anyone else. This is the healthiest scenario. We just use the neti-pot solution (saline) per the directions, then poured it into the sprayers. The little "horseshoe" thing keeps the unit from accidentally spraying in your bag or pocket. So don't lose it.I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

Worlds better than the nasal sprayer from the pharmacy.
Bought for my girlfriend for her medication. She's issued her prescription in an amber glass bottle with nasal spray head from her compounding pharmacy. That spray head seems to be the standard if you search around; the problem is that it's terrible quality. The bottle rarely seems to spray consistently dose-wise. It delivers a weak spray so much of the fluid seems to not make it into the sinus cavity and thus runs back out her nose, the medicine begins to build up around the spray apparatus as it leaks and dries, and the vials have leaked into her purse several times. Prescription medication isn't cheap, nor is it easily replaceable, so this has been an ongoing headache.I finally grew tired of hearing about it and did a 10 minute search around the web, leading me to these dirt cheap sprayers with decent reviews. Once they arrived I poured her med into the bottle and handed it to her to try. Consistent clean efficient leak-free break-free. The only issue is she'sgetting a higher dose with each spray because it actually works, so some calibration is necessary. All in all a fantastic product.

Best way to clear your nose!
I get a stuffed up nose frequently; mostly in Winter. Drives me nuts at bedtime. So for years I've been sorting salt water solution I make from Celtic Sea Salt and filtered water. Trouble is, it's just too much liquid (so I usually gag if it goes down my throat) and the application is uneven. So I could drop $5 - $8 on Arm & Hammer Simply Saline, but, with these bottles ($2 +/- each), I can just make my own. It lets me control the type of salt (I prefer real sea salt) and the strenth. This sprayer atomizes the saline and it goes everywhere evenly. It's a small enough amount that I generally need 2 or 3 sprays, so again, I can control how much I use. And I don't chike on it any more because it a gentle mist. It works perfectly!

Pump sticks after a while
These seem to work quite well for a while, but eventually, the pump starts to stick about half-way through the refill cycle. Too bad. I'd prefer a simpler squeeze bottle design but can't seem to find any that aren't already filled with some junk I don't want.EDIT: I found that by pumping alcohol through the sprayer the sticking can be fixed so raised my rating.

Helps with dry noses!
Welcome to winter! Yes, that fine season where all the moisture in your body is sucked out by the heat and cold. I wanted to try something out that would be quick, convenient, portable, cheap and re-usable. These fit the bill nicely. They are easy to fill with your favorite saline solution and spray away. The sprayer has a clear cap and a retainer ring that are useful for keeping the saline in the bottle until you want it out. When you want it out, the pump action works quickly and smoothly to mistify the solution and direct it upwards. If you remember to put the tip in your nose, then the saline will go up there and add some moisture to that dry area.

wish I knew this earlier
very good quality! basically you can replace all the liquid product pre-filled in a spray bottle but then charge you a lot more just for the spray bottle. I use it for my saline nasal spray, much better than the cattle thing or other formats. I put one at home one at work one in my bag.

Mists the water very well.
Use this to mist my nose which gets dry and bleeds in winter. Loosens nasal congestion kind of like a neti pot. I use mild salt water for liquid. Works great. If they last then this will be a good product.
