For me, it works great! When I needed a refill on my normal moisturizer lotion, the pharmacy worker recommended this brand and I have not turned back.It comes in a sturdy bottle and that pump gives just the right amount. It may look and feel a little thick when it comes out but when you rub it into your hands, it goes a long way and allows for even coverage. There is no strong scent and I couldn't smell any of it until I actually put my hand up to my nose. Overall, it did not feel greasy, sticky or uncomfortable to me (which I find can sometimes make your dryness feel worse).This worked great for dry cracked skin and overwashing due to covid while also using it on other skin areas. It even helped subdue some of the itchy scaly reactions you can develop due to the dryness or clothing rubbing. It doesn't make itchiness go away however like a Cortisone 10 for example. However, if you don't want to use a steroid all of the time, I found this to be the next best thing. For daily use for after washing or maintenance, it feels great.The only issue I found though is that there does seem to be a part of the cream that can get stuck at the bottom and not get pumped out. I was not sure if it was a less thicker part of the lotion or a design defect but I had to take the pump out to bop out the rest. It was not a deal breaker but it is worth noting especially when I never deal with this with a more expensive Cerave thinner lotion.For the effects and the price, I would recommend.

I don't know what it is with all these product that are great but the scent free version sucks. This is not one of them. It works just like the original but is scent free. (Queue the angelic music).I recently started having allergic reactions and had no idea why. My allergist told me to change basically everything to perfume/scent free and dye free. I don't know if its helping yet but I can say that most of the products I tried, shampoo, conditioner, and so on, have all not been up to par with the products that I previously used. My feet used to dry out so badly I had bloody cracks in my heels for years and years. The original of this product, which does have scent, fixed that for me and I tell everyone about it. After the problems I had with other products not working in the scent free versions, I was terrified to try this one. I was resigned to telling my allergist that I could not give up my lotion, just couldn't do it, couldn't go back to those cracked and bloody feet.Then I tried it. And I almost cried in relief that it WORKED just like the original. I highly, and I can't stress that word enough, HIGHLY recommend this product. There is no change in my feet, and I know how that sounds, but if I stop using lotion for a couple weeks then they start drying out and getting rough and then start cracking again. And yes, I tried other lotions after trying the original version and they just didn't work for me, same thing happened just slower. So I KNOW this is as good as the original version.If the manufacturers happen to see this, please make a scent free version of the cream as well.

I'm an older male and recently I've noticed dry skin flaking off my legs (too much info?). I was using my wife's Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion, which I like a lot, until she told me to get my own lotion! So I thought I'd try this one. I like that it is unscented. It also seems to last (prevent flaking) for most of the day. I'm not crazy about how thick it is and how it's kind of hard to pump out of the bottle. But it seems to absorb well into my skin and it does a great job eliminating dry, flaky skin.

When I read the great reviews of this lotion, I thought, will it really work that well for me? Well, DOES IT EVER! I was just on the verge of buying a foot peel (even though the pictures of how it works is disgusting - ha!), and decided I would try this instead for my dry heels, ankles and toes. It's like a MIRACLE, it works so well, and the moisturizing lasts a long time. I put it on at night, and when I wake up the next morning, my feet still look smooth as silk. It's very thick, but it soaks in fairly quickly, within just a couple of minutes. If you think you can't get it out of the pump, just give it a couple of really good pumps, and once it starts, it seems to keep working. I haven't had any trouble with the pump getting plugged up, but it did take several good strong pumps to get it going to start off. I LOVE this lotion, best I've ever tried (even among other versions of Gold Bond products).

My hands can get really dry and cracked, especially in the colder months. This lotion is simply great. It doesn’t burn, the scent-free makes it less likely to irritate, and it makes a huge difference. I usually put some on right before bed, rub it in, and in the morning there is significant improvement in the texture of my hands. It hydrates so well and doesn’t leave a weird film! Both my husband and I love it. We’re running a bit low now so we’ll have to order some more!

Great FRAGRANCE FREE lotion. This is a quite thick lotion but dries very quickly and doesn't leave a greasy feeling. I apply this to my skin after I come out of the shower when I'm still damp and my skin has some wetness. It applies easily and evenly. I get all day moisture but don't feel any tackiness or notice any residue or transfer on my clothing. So far, this is the only brand that doesn't gunk up my clothing. If I skip a day, my skin definitely feels dry and itchy. I find CeraVe to be the most moisturizing, but can be too tacky during the daytime. GoldBond is a good balance. Definitely will repurchase.
