GaryWearGaryWear Active Brief - S - Blush

Had bought a pair of these about a year ago to try out and compare with other types I have had. Found the GaryWear to be much more comfortable with regard to the leg and waist bands compared to others I had tried over the years. My situation involves me not having normal feeling in my bladder indicating it is getting full until it is almost too late to get to a bathroom sometimes. I use these over a diaper when I know I might be in a place where bathroom access is limited, just in case. My use of these is not daily.With that said, I have had a few cases where I was glad I wore these because they performed perfectly for what they were designed for. The down side is pretty obvious...because they are designed to keep wetness in, they also keep in body heat and can get uncomfortable depending on outside temperatures and humidity even if you have not had to use the diaper. I have had to adjust the leg bands sometimes because they do squeeze the legs a bit and can become irritating to the skin. but I know it is necessary for the "squeeze" in order to stop a leak. Taking the good and dealing with the bad.I think the security of wearing these outweighs the possible discomfort of extended time use though, so I now have three pairs to keep at different locations for the "just in case" situations.

While I like the color options, the briefs offer no more protection than when they were only offered in white.I used these in combination with highly absorbent overnight briefs. The level of protection was insufficient to avoid having to change wet sheets in the morning for my elderly relative. I returned to the using waterproof soft vinyl pull on under pantaand now do not have to do an extra load of laundry every day.

It's okay, I'd hoped it would solve all my issues. The packaging was most appropriate.

Great, but unlike many reviews they did not run large. Will order a size larger next time to cover the underpant and won't be so difficult to manuver when changing.
