I like that it is simple and convenient to use as a guide for a hand saw, palm trimmer and route with it's base.Straight accurate lines - helpful device!

Not easy to use! Sometimes the back slider sticks and does not move easily. Also, it does not clamp square. You are forced to double check your measurement to make sure you are square to the work piece. I paid a fair chunk of money for it for something I have to struggle with; disappointed.
