I wanted a thin insert that would still provide good arch support, and these seemed like they would fit the bill. They have a stiff molded plastic on the bottom 2/3 that does, indeed, provide arch support, but the entire insole is sewn and made in such a way that it cannot be adjusted to fit if your shoe is more narrow or wide, or just a bit shorter or longer. I have maybe 2 pairs of shoes in which these insoles actually fit without ruining the fit of the shoe--a pair of boots and a pair of tennis shoes. They're too thick for me to wear comfortably in my other casual shoes. (They don't fit my keds, my espadrilles, or any of my short bootie shoes). Also the cushioning under the ball of my feet feels a little bit lumpy. Maybe after I break them in, that cushioned bit will soften? On the whole, these seem very well made--way better than your store-bought foam insoles that you can trim down to size--but the fact that you can't trim these at all means they have to fit your shoe just right, or they don't fit.

These could be a five star, and having a trimable version to fit the shoes would be a better option. Very thin, which could be good for those shoes needing thin insoles. These are narrow, and I mean narrow, and they are also one maybe two sizes too small. Placing of the metatarsal was in the the right position with the ones I ordered even though they were shorter, so if I were to order larger insoles they may be hitting my foot in wrong spot; but I don't know since I didn't get the larger size. I'll have to find out is they ever make wide to normal width insoles.

Pedag is my go to for insoles and orthotic/arch support inserts, and this might be my favorite, after trying all seasonal Viva inserts, with the terrycloth for summer, heat reflect-and-lambswool for winter, and high quality leather insoles/inserts for year round.I use these as inserts in my Dansko work shoes, my Doc Marten boots, my sneakers, just swap them into everything to get extra support and comfort for long walks!These are worth the price, absolutely, and I expect that they will last at least a year like all of my other Pedag products have.

I have been using Pedag products for years, and I love them. They make all the difference in how my back and legs feel at the end of the day, as well as how well my shoes fit. This is a new item for me, and it's great for sneakers as well as other shoes. So glad I found them.

Love them. Adds comfort to my shoes and some support. The price is great too! They seem to run about a half size small though.

In ladies sizes I needed to buy two size larger. Love the product.

Von Pedag habe ich viele verschiedene Einlegesohlen, alle Modelle sind hervorragend verarbeitet, äußerst angenehm zu tragen, langlebig und waschbar. Um zu verhindern, dass sich die Sohlen im Schuh verschieben, kaufe ich diese immer eine Nummer größer = alles wunderbar!!!

Sehr bequem und angenehm zu tragen allerdings würd ich sie nur noch 1 Nummer größer bestellen da sie sonst im Schuh rutscht
