Great taste, horrible aftertaste.
K.. first i want to say, i LOVEEE Angry Goat's sauces.. Goat rider is my go-to for almost everything and their Pink Elephant is amazing also..My issue here is it seems i HATE Scotch Bonnet.. Last week i trued Bhutila Fire and the aftertaste was ungodly horrible.. But it's made with like 4 peppers and i wasn't sure of which one was causing the taste. I just got some Phoenix and that same horrible aftertaste again :( If you like scotch bonnet then this sauce is damn tasty, i just personally can't take that aftertaste :( At least now i know what to avoid :) Into the garbage it goes :(

Significant heat and sweetness; not as "unique" as I hoped
This is a good sauce to add heat to a dish that's either already sweet or could use additional sweetening. If you're really into hot stuff, it's not too hot to brush a coating onto a chicken wing solo--but for most people, a little will go quite a long way. A few drops of this sauce will add significant heat to an entire serving of heavily sauced pasta, chowder, etc--just be careful that the flavor profiles match.

SO GOOD
I saw this on Hot Ones. I can’t resist the combo of sweet and hot so I decided to try it. It’s just hot enough to really enjoy all of the flavors of the sauce and whatever you are seasoning with it.

My current favorite.
My only complaint about this sauce is that I can't buy it by the gallon. Sweet and fruity on the front end with a nice bite. Would definitely buy again, and probably soon since the bottle is already half empty. I've just been putting it on potato ships.

Not my cup of tea but good
Not being a fan of cantaloupe it's not surprising I didn't like it BUT I can say that it is a good, complex sauce that most people would probably enjoy. The heat is decent and balances well overall.

amazing hot sauce!!
It has a great flavor and isn't overly hot. Anyone can handle this hot sauce and it has such a unique taste.
