If you're looking for something that you can just peel off as easy as you out it on and only want to wear for an hour or two, get the regular ones. My husband has sleep apnea and can't stand the mask. While these are not a substitution for the machine or a mouth-guard type of device for dealing with apnea, they do help him breathe easier at night. He has found the clear or tan strips work equally as well, but they must be extra strength for him because his skin is oily. Note: we are still pursuing other treatments for his sleep apnea, including the mouth guard or a differently configured mask.

these are so great. the stay on all night & all day if i dont feel like going out of the house. sometimes i just cant breathe at all. these are wonderful. i have air again.

My husband uses these every night for his snoring. They do a great job! He's been using them for years.
