After charging this product it wasn’t hard to use at all. The instructions could be a little better. But all in all it was very simple to use. I got this product in the mail yesterday and couldn’t wait to use it. At first I was like okay this isn’t bad, I even turn up the level all the way. However, when I woke up in the morning I felt like I did a ab workout the day before. This product is perfect if you doing some cardio and want to hit your abs a little harder. I’m gonna put this on and go for my runs from now on.

I really like this an stimulator. I was worried it would be uncomfortable or hurt and it doesn’t. I feel like I’m making some progress after using it several days in a row.

I like that they came with 3 different pads, one large and two small, easier for arm areas. The strength level is good, and it does make my muscles tighten without actually doing abs workout. However I returned it because they don't stick well enough, the pads get detached easier than I thought, had to keep sticking the pads back again and again.

Easy to use. Does give a slight tingly sensation but nothing painful. Have not used long enough to see results yet so I can't comment on that.

i was very excited to use it, I tried to use it and I was having a hard time keeping it in its place, it kept on falling and falling, which was not practical at all, and the only time I got it to stay in its place, i felt as if was being electrocuted. NOT PRACTICAL AT ALL

This product did not work at all. It did not come on at all..

It's a good quality product for the price you pay! Only concern us the plastic pieces to stick and unstick off, they are useless after a couple peels.... but as a whole the ab stimulator is doing the job.
