Works Great But Do Not Lose The Silicone Ring!
This bottle adapter works great! It is great quality, easy to clean, and easy to use! When I first got it, it did not leak. The only issue I have is that the silicone ring that stops it from leaking is VERY easy to lose. I lost mine and now it leaks (which in fairness, the company does warn you NOT to lose the ring or it will leak). You have to keep track of both the silicone ring that comes with the warmer AND the one that comes with the adapter and they are very easy to lose. Plus, correct me if I'm wrong, but the company doesn't sell replacement silicone rings so if you lose them you either have to buy an all new warmer and adapter or you just have to deal with the leaking. Would be happy to give a 5 star review if you start selling replacement rings!

Silicone ring doesn't stay
The silicone ring does not stay in the adapter which makes it useless. For instance, if you have the adapter in a bookbag it will rattle around and come loose. Once the silicone ring is unattached, liquid will leak from adapter/warmer and make it unusable. Makes it very difficult to clean and keep track of the silicone ring.
