Unisex-Adult Flip-Up Caldera 2 Modular Motorcycle Helmet with 30% Larger Shield and Sunshield (Matte Black, Small)

This is my third Vega helmet. I would consider my head oval or long oval. Vega helmets FIT that configuration very well. The modular system works very well with good detents on the shield and face guard. It has more chin room than my previous modular that I like. I'm still out on the drop down, it seems to have a few distortions in it. That's the reason for the four rather than five stars. It's very comfy and I would definitely recommend it. Great price too.

Great helmet! Arrived quicker than expected. Little to no fogging on cold mornings. I mostly wear half or skull helmets and get large size. I ordered same for this helmet and fits perfect! I like the adjustable pads that came with helmet. This is my second Vega Helmet. Both excellent quality. Definitely recommend and will always look to them first for any helmets.

Overall It seems to be a very nice helmet. I haven't had a chance to ride with it yet as I'm recovering from a recent injury.But it did NOT include the extra set of cheek pads that Vega says are included with helmets sized Large and above. (Ya lost a star for the quality control failure in your packaging department.)

I wore the helmet just received it, that same day I noticed that the paint on the top had some bubbles, then I noticed that the paint was actually removing itself.After a few days of use, there is no clear paint left on the top of my helmet.I understand that this is due to some problem in the application of the paint.I am not happy although I understand that this may be a minor defect, but that directly affects the aesthetics of the helmet

I ordered an xxl size helmet as the two older xl Vega's I Own fit tighter than I LIKEd and hurt my ears with a headset installed. The new helmet arrived and it is smaller than the older xl's I have. Must be made in China. I am very disappointed.

This is a great helmet and a great price. Fits like a glove. Easy on and off. Quite at most all speeds. Not heavy either. Also great vision.
