Taking forever to get refunded
Why in the world is it taking so long to get refunded, this product showed potential but wasn’t suitable for the surgical application it was intended for, Please hurry

Nice, but it's really heavy
There's no information about weight but it definitely weights more than 2kg.

Needs work could be great
Honestly i think if it was designed better at the female port that the drill attaches to was a better fit as other units than this would be a great drill.Also 35k is good but it does bog down at times could use more power.Last unit i got also did occasionally overheat and need to rest. I will update my review once i get to try the new one.Never had these problems with my Marathon n8 but it is Awesome to have the ability to use 1/8 collet.Wish Marathon would do that....

Woodcarving but the hanpice lets the cutter slip.

Difficult to use
You need to be an engineer to change the collet .I couldn’t do it I missed the return dead line.
