I was under the impression that the order came with more than one however it works very well for what I used it for I used it as a dermal puncture for my dermal piercings it did great job for that just wished I would have been deformed it was only onep

The instrument was dull out of the packaging and would not pierce through the skin, even with applying force.

Im piercer in Houston and I order this but used it last night and it wasn’t working and it’s horrible and I will never order this again
