Made my granddaughter very happy and good information.

The author is constantly referring to the tricks as a means to increase the value of your horse. Let’s face it, any well trained horse will bring more money. Most horse owners are more concerned in having a cooperative and enjoyable Mount than increasing its value. Let’s face it the time you invest in your horse could not be replaced monetarily. The bond that you achieve will be the reason horsemen and women read and apply the methods in this book.I am not looking to wow my friends and neighbors.

The historical and modern training methods make this book unique,Curiosity about how a horse could physically shoot a gun made me get it as I have a trick horse named Golden Skyhawk. I look forward to adding some of these tricks to his performances, but no shooting.

Have not gotten to implement any of the training tips yet, but looking forward to doing so!

I like this book has a lot of great tricks you can do! I trained my mini a few tricks from it and it was a great addition to my trick training

Very useful and easy to understand

Meh. Very old school view on horse training and behavior. Best use would be to take the steps for the tricks and use more positive reinforcement training techniques instead. In this day and age we can do so much better!
