My Sweet Lory-Bird, Loves these Bells. If I ty to take them out of her cage to wash them-Lory-Sweetheart tells me Do-Not-Take these!!! They do wash up and clean well, made well, too. :)

The photo shows an Amazon parrot. But this toy is too small for a medium or large-sized bird. Better for a parakeet or cockatiel.

A sturdy , safe toy for pet birds is a must.This is a great product and I might buy a second one. My Quaker loves to make music with his bells and talks the most when he jungles the bells. Good price, too.

This lasted roughly five minutes with a sulphur crested cockatoo, much like the one pictured in the listing. The chain is so thin, and while the bells themselves are stainless steel, the chain may very well not be given the ease with which it broke. Would probably be fine for smaller birds, but anything larger than a small conure (green cheek, black cap, etc)? No, certainly not.

The sound this wind chime made was pretty but the toy didn’t last 5 minutes in our Umbrella cockatoo’s home. It would be ok for small birds but I expected a better made toy as it was advertised for the bigger birds.
