The hose is supposed to expand to 100 feet but it goes no where near that

I really liked using this hose - used it all summer, but just as it went past the 90 day returns, SNAP!I tried to repair the ripped inner tubing, but it’s so badly snapped it’s only fit for the bin now.Very disappointing and a waste of money and now it’s going to landfill as well, which also isn’t ideal.

Expandable hose are great

Used this pipe intermittently over a 2 year period - quite under used - and when I needed to use it the pipe it simply split inside and make it unusable. Very disappointing and definitely not durable or fit for purpose.Glad that it's not available anymore so no one else gets a faulty product.

This hose is amazing. It's light, it's easy to haul around and when it's filled with water, it gets longer. It gets longer when it's filled with water, it never twists or gets curly when I use it, it comes with different options.I hang it on a storage hook and it's so simple, it's just so easy. If you are looking for a very easy to manage hose for your garden, try it, you won't be disappointed.

Received 18th May, used once to make sure all ok. The reviews were hit and miss but decided to “chance it” you could say.Used three times only in last fortnight. Father was watering the garden last night, and inside the house we heard a very loud bang.The result of the hose expanding to such a point it ripped the outer protector, before exploding itself. Please see the attached photos. The sales “bumf” states:ULTRA DURABILITY AND FLEXIBILITY: Expanding Garden Hose Pipe Strong with a dual layer latex inner tube and high strength tough denier woven surround deliver high pressure resistanceI do not see a dual layer inner at all, single, cheap and far from high strengthUnfortunately I am now out of the 90 returns (do anything really) window. I did research this well before purchasing, so blame myself. Not dissatisfied, I got burnt. Disappointed that Amazon allows these sub standard products to be sold.Lesson learnt, in future I will pay more attention to people’s reviews

The hose is made of high quality material and it is thick enough to expand all around my house, but can still be re-shoot and take up very little space.The nozzle that comes with the hose has multiple settings and the handle is very comfortable. It is very easy to set up and I love that the holder is the best.

I bought this product as I was moving home where there was a garden as I had none at the flat I was living in. The product wasn't used until 3weeks ago and after only a few uses it burst and water pours out of it.As I now need a hose I have had to buy another one. This was very disappointing and frustrating.I look forward to hearing from you and what you can do.Kathleen Maxwell.
