The letter started to wear off by the 3rd time it was used. Very disappointed. I bought it because it said it was dishwasher safe. Clearly it is not.

The gold is worn off! Was a gift on February 20th and by March 7th, just 2 weeks and lettering is completely wearing off! Heartbreaking when it was a gift for daddy from his daughter who bought it with her own allowance.

Love this mug! it is a nice large size, double cup mug. It is very lovely looking with a bright and bold letter on it. Easy to ready. It doesn't chip off when washing. The mug is thick; it doesn't get too hot, even right after i fill it with boiling water. It is s solid and sturdy cup. it did have a small knick on it, if it wasn't for that it was be 5 star! Great mug, i use it all the time!

This is not a 16oz mug! I drink a lot of coffee, and my usual 12oz brew fits with barely any room for a splash of milk...

Not dishwasher safe! The gold rubs right off! I now have a blank white mug with grey smudges on it from the gold rubbing off.

I BOUGHT 8 AND IT WAS EMBARRASSING TO HAVE THE MONOGRAMS DESTROYED IN A DISHWASHER.

This is a beautiful cup and I'm buying another for my co-worker. They have a classy, rich look and it's amazing with the gold rim and letter that it's microwave and dishwasher safe.
