This shaver is awful.It cuts too low & I am covered in razor bumps,the on/off switch is so prominent you are forever turning it on & off.The head cover when you remove it regularly takes the foil off with it & several times I have come close to putting the blades to my skin.Lastly there appears to be no replacement foil/cutters available for it.The Beurer UK customer service number goes to answerphone.If it cost £10 off a market stall I would throw it away.I note only the two negative reviews are from verified purchasers including myself.I feel ripped off buying this item.IMO Amazon should remove this from sale.

Poor, gets worse each cut and struggled the first time.

This looks good, but it's pretty underwhelming and not worth the current asking price (£40+).It is comfortable to hold.It's easy to grip.I can shave very quickly with it.It comes with a 3-pin UK plug.It comes with a bag.The pop-up trimmer is okay for doing sideburns.It's waterproof so you can run it under the tap after use.I would like this more if it was around the £20 or £30 mark.

Though it makes a little more noise than a normal shaver. Excellent!* The precision trimmer helps you trim around sharp edges and unreachable areas of the face for precised trimming and shaping which is how I normally style my beard.* The shaver charges very quickly in less than an hour which is time saving. Also comes with a battery capacity LED display and oil indicator which is needed.* The pack comes with user manual, pouch, adaptor, protective cap.* Price is a bit high when there are cheaper options available.* The design of the shaver suits the skin. Cleaning is neat.

This is my second Beurer electric shaver,the previous one being a rotary shaver,this one is a foil shaver.Between the 2 I much prefer this one.This is easier to use and provides a pretty close shave.Still not as close as a wet shave with a hand razor like Gilette,but still pretty close.This foil shaver is easy to handle and use,is quick to charge and handily gives you a percentage on the battery charge,so you know exactly how much is remaining.The power lead has a generous length of 2 metres.The precision trimmer on this works quite well,as well and is accessible via a simple slider.The foil shaver head is easy to remove and a little cleaning brush is provided to keep the shaver clean.Also supplied is a black pull chord material carry case and a protective cap.The current price point is £49.99 on Amazon.This shaver is quite expensive but is an option as a viable alternative to a wet shave with a hand razor.
